Architectural Designer

The ideal candidate would be capable of developing both broad architectural and specific kitchen & bath designs.

  • Minimum of 5 years of single-family residential design, particularly in the area of kitchen & bathroom and remodeling design
  • Ability to produce build-able construction documents
  • Knowledge of Chief Architect desirable
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and members of the construction team, including design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, carpenters, and town or city officials
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think creatively as well as analytically, and to solve problems efficiently and within budget
  • Commitment to superior customer service with a natural ability to be responsive and communicate kindly and professionally with clients
  • Ability to represent clients in the permitting/variance process when necessary and make presentations to town or city boards
